After studying production, props, and costumes at the National Theatre School of Canada in Montreal, Ms. Henry moved to Paris, where she worked from 2003 to 2010 as a props specialist, dresser, and scenic painter at the Odéon-Théâtre de l’Europe. In 2004, she worked as a costume designer on the Franco-Swiss film *Marée noire*, directed by Yves Pouliquen, and the following year, she collaborated on the film *À corps défendant* by Raphaël Étienne. In the spring of 2010, she earned a certificate in performing arts production and distribution management from the Greta des Arts Appliqués in Paris, shortly before returning to settle in her native region of Gaspésie. Passionate about the arts—and theater in particular—she took on the role of General and Administrative Director at the Théâtre de la Petite Marée, a theater company for young audiences in Bonaventure, a position she held for ten years. Since the summer of 2021, Ms. Anne Henry has been the new owner of La Girafe bleue, a Quebec-based company that designs underwear and swimwear.
